* Booking a consultation

* Receiving implementation services

* Using any software, automation, funnel, website, CRM, or service provided by SoleAiAgent

you acknowledge and agree that:

* You agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

* You agree to our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer.

* Payment for any SoleAiAgent product or service constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

3. ELIGIBILITY

By using our products and services, you represent that:

* You have legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

* All information provided by you is accurate and complete.

* Your use of our services complies with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

* Mobile Applications

* Software Access

* Educational Resources

5. COURSE ACCESS & DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Where products include ongoing or lifetime access:

* Access is provided for the commercial lifetime of the product.

* SoleAiAgent may update, improve, replace, modify, or retire products at any time.

* SoleAiAgent may migrate products to new platforms.

* SoleAiAgent may discontinue products where necessary.

Lifetime access refers to the lifetime of the product offering and does not constitute a guarantee of perpetual access forever.

5.1 Digital Products and Consumer Rights (South Africa & Worldwide)

By placing an order and accepting these Terms & Conditions, you acknowledge that:

* You are purchasing a digital product that is delivered electronically.

* Access to the course, portal and digital content may be provided immediately after successful payment.

* You expressly request immediate access to the digital content upon purchase.

* Due to the nature of digital products, once access has been granted or the content has been made available, refunds will generally not be available, except where required by applicable law or where SoleAiAgent is unable to provide the purchased product or service.

* Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any rights that cannot legally be excluded under the Consumer Protection Act, the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, or any other applicable law.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content provided by SoleAiAgent remains the exclusive intellectual property of SoleAiAgent.

This includes but is not limited to:

* Courses

* Documents

* Templates

* Graphics

* Logos

* Funnels

* Websites

* Software

* Automations

* AI Prompts

* Training Materials

* Marketing Systems

You may not:

* Copy

* Reproduce

* Distribute

* Share

* Resell

* License

* Modify

* Republish

* Teach

* Commercialise

Any SoleAiAgent content without prior written permission.

Unauthorized use may result in immediate termination of access and legal action.

7. AI USAGE RESTRICTIONS

You may not use SoleAiAgent content, systems, materials, videos, voice recordings, images, prompts, workflows, or intellectual property to:

* Train AI models

* Create synthetic media

* Generate deepfakes

* Clone voices

* Recreate SoleAiAgent products

* Build competing products

without written consent from SoleAiAgent.

8. PAYMENTS

All fees are payable in the currency displayed at checkout or specified in quotations and invoices.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers.

By making payment you authorize SoleAiAgent and its payment providers to process payments on your behalf.

Failure to make payment may result in:

* Suspension of access

* Termination of services

* Restriction of account access

* Collection actions where permitted by law

9. REFUND POLICY

Due to the digital nature of our products and services:

* All sales are generally final.

* No refunds are provided once access has been granted.

* No refunds are provided for partially used services.

* No refunds are provided for unused subscriptions.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights that may be granted under applicable consumer protection legislation.

Any legally required refunds will be processed in accordance with applicable law.

10. EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES

All content provided by SoleAiAgent is intended for educational and informational purposes only.

Nothing provided by SoleAiAgent constitutes:

* Financial Advice

* Tax Advice

* Accounting Advice
